Your vehicle/motorcycle/marine policy has always been placed by us with Cross Country Insurance Consultants who act on behalf of insurers and provide the specialist product you require.

Cross Country Insurance Consultants are moving their business from Hollard Insurance Company Limited to Renasa Insurance Company Limited. In your interests and in terms of our mandate from you, we intend moving your policy to the new underwriters Renasa Insurance Company Limited. Renasa will give you unbroken coverage and service of the type we have both come to expect dealing through Cross Country.

Your current policy will be in force until midnight on 31 January 2012. On 1 February 2012 you will continue to be insured by Renasa Insurance Company limited with unbroken cover and the same terms and conditions that you presently enjoy.

We will continue to act on your behalf so that your interests are protected and that you receive appropriate insurance cover and service for your needs.
