First of all I want to thank you for your excellent service. You have been most helpful and kind to my son, Derrick Bush. Whenever he has had had a problem he has called you or you have called him to sort things out and being an older person I have had lots of dealings with the public and I have found you to be most professional and our dealings with you have been so good that we could never change to another (broker) insurance company. My car will have to be insured soon and we will definitely be dealing through you.
All businesses should have dedicated, professional people like you working for them then the world would be a greater place. We need to send you out to teach people how to deal with clients/customers. Your managers need to commend you on your excellent service and the client comes first and that is how you have dealt with us.
